AI integration

AI Integration Services for Existing Business Systems

We define one useful AI task, connect it to the existing process, and build in the access limits and review the work requires.

Talk through your workflow

When to consider this

Signs this may be worth fixing.

  • People repeatedly read, sort, or summarize similar material.
  • The work includes varied language or documents that fixed rules handle poorly.
  • A person can review uncertain or high-impact outputs.
  • The business can define which information the AI may use.

Start with the business task

We map what comes in, what the AI should produce, who checks it, and what happens next.

We use AI only for work that needs it. A fixed rule, a clearer report, or a direct system connection may be more reliable.

Give the task only what it needs

The first version can often run on sample documents, controlled exports, or read-only access. That limits exposure and shows what information the task actually needs.

Before production use, we agree on the sources, access level, retention, and removal process.

Put review inside the workflow

A reviewer should be able to see what the AI received, what it proposed, and why the item needs attention. Higher-impact work needs stronger approval before anything is sent or changed.

  • Show source material beside summaries or extracted fields.
  • Flag uncertainty, missing information, and unusual cases.
  • Keep financial, access, compliance, and customer-facing decisions with an accountable person.
  • Record what was accepted, corrected, or rejected when the workflow calls for it.

Test with the messy cases you actually see

A clean demonstration file proves very little. We test incomplete records, inconsistent formats, duplicates, and borderline cases where the right answer is unclear.

Routine items can move through automatically. Exceptions should stop for review, and any part that works better as a fixed rule should remain a fixed rule.

What the work may include

What we can build first.

  • A mapped AI-assisted workflow with named inputs and reviewers
  • A working prototype using approved sample or limited-access data
  • Connections to approved systems or data sources
  • Review screens and clear failure paths
  • Agreed access, retention, and removal rules

Common questions

Questions we expect before a project.

Can AI be added without replacing our current software?

Yes. Many AI features can sit beside an existing system and use an approved API, export, document set, or internal screen. We first check what the current software already supports, then connect only what the task needs.

Which business task should use AI first?

Start with a repeated task that uses language or documents, has enough examples to test, and has a person who can review the result. Sorting requests, extracting fields, preparing summaries, and drafting responses are common starting points.

What does AI implementation consulting include?

It begins with the business task, the information involved, and the person responsible for checking the result. A first phase may include workflow mapping, access planning, representative tests, a limited prototype, and a plan for connecting the approved version to existing software.

Does the AI need access to all of our company data?

Usually no. The task should receive the smallest useful set of information. Early testing can often use sample files or selected exports before any production connection is considered.

How do you handle sensitive business information?

We agree on access, retention, and removal before using production information. We favor controlled exports, screen sharing, and read-only access for early work. Credentials and sensitive records should never be sent through ordinary email.

What happens when the AI is uncertain or wrong?

A person should review uncertain or incomplete results and anything with a serious consequence. We define that review before the system is used.

How do you determine the scope, schedule, and price?

We first review one workflow, the systems involved, the available access, and the result you need. We then propose a defined first phase with its scope, schedule, price, assumptions, and anything your team must provide.

A first conversation can use screen sharing or a simple description. You do not need to send credentials or production records.
